I received communication that my car insurance policy was up for renewal. I could not afford the adjustment to the premium as I was retrenched back in January 2022 and still struggling to find employment. James Sekgobela was the Rentention Advisor who assisted me. Thanks to his empathy for my circumstances, I am able to keep the car insurance I have with Momentum Insure. I still have an adjustment, but not quite has hectic as the original.
