I received an alternate quote on my car insurance, I then spoke to Momentum, the person I spoke to was James and advised him that the quote I received was a lot lower that what I am presently paying, he then advised me that he would escalate this to someone that could assist me and get back to the next day, which he did, they did not match the quote exactly but reduced my premium substantially which I am truly grateful, I have been with them for a couple of years know and only claimed for windscreens, touch wood, so thank you once again.
