I phoned in to find out about my moms premium who is a pension and the person on the other side of the line was very friendly to start of
I phoned in to find out about my moms premium who is a pension and the person on the other side of the line was very friendly to start of. Kyle Pienaar ensured I understand what the renewal of the policy meant and worked around to lessen the drastic increase of my moms premiums This gentleman was very polite, informed and helpful. Definitely communicated with integrity.
