I needed to make an adjustment to my policy and I got through to Paulina at the short term insurance. She was amazing, friendly, completed my sentences when I was struggling to explain myself, as if she knew exactly why I was calling. I ran out of airtime and she called me back immediately. I am so grateful to her for sorting me out, she made sure I understood everything she was telling me and updated my policy within a few minutes. Thank you Paulina for being such an amazing person. I feel safer already.
