I needed information regarding my policy and the person I spoke to was Thabang. He was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed in a professional manner. He is very respectful and does his duties to the best of his abilities. It's people like him that really make our experiences with momentum positive ones and I just wanted to give praise where due. I also spoke to Keoagile regarding the price of my premium subscription which I felt was quite high for me as I am a pensioner. Keoagile totally understood, gave me no hassles whatsoever and offered to reduce the price giving me instant relief. Keoagile and Thabang are really exceptional employees. These two man are really assets to momentum and I trust that credit will be given where due.
