She keeps her promises and follows through. Beautiful, friendly personality. Always wiling to listen and assist with a smile. Yes, I could feel and hear it through the phone. I wish we had more Laurens' to deal with every where, where customer service was needed... Momentum you have a star there... I hope you appreciate her.
