I have a car insurance claim that is still open since January 2022

I have a car insurance claim that is still open since January 2022. My car got into a accident but still drivable. I did log a claim and a month later it was sent to a panelbeater in East London and I am in Port Elizabeth and that was my first issue. The panelbeater kept the car for over two months and after I fought with everyone the car was brought back to me incomplete and their did send the assessor“Net Assess “ to do assessments before it was realised from the panelbeater. So Net Assess gave a go ahead and realise incomplete car. I complained that day I received my incomplete car and they said I should find a panelbeater I Port Elizabeth and I did contact Auto Trust in PE and now I have been waiting for them to approve the rework by Auto Trust and they told me they are waiting for Net Assess , the same Net Assess that got us in the rework issue. INow I want them to finish fixing my car then I am joining a new insurer. Please help this claim is 6months old in a couple of day and im tired of being ignored by momentum.
