I had a wonderful experience with Kgaugelo Maphutha, I did a call back request for vehicle insurance and to change my address on their system. She explained everything so clearly and I could understand everything. She also advised me on other insurances that I never even knew existed or that I needed and it only costs R30 and some change. I am so grateful for her guidance, advice and expertise.
