I had a good experience the agent named Katu that i spoke to did help resolve my issue. I was happy with my services from her. I however did call the day before that to sort out the problem but that agent did not assist me i had to waste alot of money on airtime to call again the next day which i was not happy about. But all in all i had a good experience from agent Katu
