I dealt with Keoagile Matseke (Keo) Momentum STI – Retentions and highly commend him for his professionalism. He has an excellent voice tone that is pleasing to hear from the other side, excellent knowledge of the products and proactive by emailing me while chatting on the phone as part of educating me as the client, by making me aware of information that I might not have known prior to my call, now that is taking proactiveness to another level. He understood my concerns, saved me time from having to explain the entire query, saving me money and prevented another client loss from Momentum.
