I contacted Momentum Insure's Retention's team today and requested a discount on a client's business insurance premium. I emailed the general services inbox as I sometimes do. What an unexpected and pleasant surprise when less than 1 hour later, Keo called me, explained that he had been allocated my request, and that he would happily assist me.
