I called the broker she said no excess again. When I took the car to the glass fit they wanted R1500.i complaint no one came back to me.
Since I've asked for clarification about my claim no one called me. I have claimed for my windscreen at momentum insurance. When I joined they said I won't pay excess fo that. Now they want me to pay R1500 why I don't know.
