I called in and managed to speak to Ellen Raphela from Message Center who took my call and sent a message to claims
I called in and managed to speak to Ellen Raphela from Message Center who took my call and sent a message to claims. She made follow ups until my claim was lodged, very professional, helpful, empathetic and just kind. Held on the call even when I was crying. Thank you Momentum for Ellen.🙏🏾
