I am writing about my experience with Cynthia Olivier, a Service Consultant in Port Elizabeth. I have been dealing with Cynthia since the Alexander Forbes days. Most recently I have renewed my Momentum policy with Cynthia. Cynthia is thorough, courteous and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure dealing with her. I nearly cancelled my policy a few months back after a nightmare experience with Momentum Claims Dept. I was acting for a friend who was overseas at the time, and her car was damaged when a neighbour drove into her garage door, which hit the back of the car and pushed it into the wall in front. After much effort and stress, I finally managed to get the damage assessed and the car repaired - with considerable help from Cynthia.
