I am paying for service that they cannot offer

On Saturday, 16 August 2025 I drove to Gauteng from Mpumalanga to watch my favorite Team Orlando Pirates. Mind you, that is +-400km away from my house. As we were traveling back with my friend unfortunately we got a puncher around Midrand and my tyre went flat. I phoned in to Momentum emergency roadside which I believe it's outsourced, but to my suprise I was told that I am not cover for roadside assistance and had to pay cash for a call out. As if that's not enough, I opened my policy while on call with the agent and I confirmed that I actually do have a cover for roadside since it's a comprehensive and I also realised that I do have a cover for emergency repairs to the value of R10K, since I am 400km away from I notified the lady that actually I am not willing to drive that distance with a small spare wheel that will only allow me to drive 80km/h and restricted for certain distance. Now it got interesting as I also told the lady that I am also covered for a accommodation if you are unable to assist with above two items to the value of R5K and I was told that is actually only R600 for the family which is another suprise. To cut the long story short, I was not helped at all and had to figure my way out of an area that I am not fami**** with and my safety was compromise. To date no one phoned me and I have all voice recordings which I am just waiting for the right moment to let the public know that momentum is a **** as they sell service that they don't render.
