I am claiming on 3rd party and now I have no one how wants to help me

I was involved in a car accident on the 24/12/2016 with AF client the guy took all my details and told me AF is going to call me no one called me I fixed my car and I was always calling this guy to check the update, until one day the same guy that I had accident with phoned me and gave me a claim number (076*623354) I followed up and I had to fill up 3rd party claim form, I sent it and than after few weeks I was phoned by the assessor we arranged the location, time & date we meet he checked the and sent the report to AF I followed it up until the guy from AF emailed me the offer and few documents that he wanted me to sign and emailed it beck with my banking details I did all that on 25th of July 2017 and I was told the money will be in my account within 30 days till today nothing had happened, I have been trying to contact him every time when I call they telling me Tevin is on leave, his coming late or his in lunch I have also sent countless emails he don't respond at all.
