How to survive in this tough money crazy country

Had claim on mu iphone as it cracked and stopped workink .Momentum sent there guys to collect After two weeks got in my car .Heck of a job findinf platinum repairs .Finally got there and asked .My previous repair was done by cell crazy at n1city and it was teady next day .Now two weeks layer have to go look for my phone .Got there guy was out other gentleman found it lying in pieces.Put it together and sais fine soory thanks .Found they had completely cleaned everything of my phone ?? went to cell crazy he repaired it reset icloud but still lost lots of info .Phone taken back as not same battery was in this phone .Finally got it back and still never been the same .Safety cover eas not even replaced.Cell crazy fixed and done all this at my expense 1050 .At least my phone now works .Then had ipad which cracked ovet a year ago but just used windscreen tepair glue and it held out fine for over and year.Then somehow it was dropped on corner and pieces came loose .Sent pice to momentum and been waiting over 9 weeks .Get replies from many but thats as far as it went .Why Why at 80 i dont claim for any old thing like many do .Then roof on awning collapsed and finally inspector turned up .I has previously seen rust on gutter and cut ild meyal off and reeced with plast .Then put sealind tapes 10 meyres along out side repainted and it looke great.Then we had rather dtrong wind and left corner collapsed .Inspector said not paying as lack of maintenance .I said so i must have X-ray vision to see rust inside.But took no note did not even offer to help .Got roof guys out and some crazy said it would cost about 30000 Being ex engineering guy looked in disbelief at this guy . Then got friend who does repairs and work all Around especially for ladies at ceramics factories.We worked it out wilth all materials and two nethre pieces ,cut of existing section and replace with steel plate .Max 10000 If that .Now i have insurance but dont have insurance .I dont have axray vision so how could i see see rust under gutter corner that has been there for twenty years .At 80 years old still keep going but running out of petrol ..My insurance was increase from 1500 to 2100 a year ago .I am suggesting they give back one years subscription and will find my own way around .Think this is fair And i will fix my ipad at cell crazy .Find another insurance for car and household as well .My name is Don van zyl and live in Platterkloof glen .
