I have to take this moment to really acknowledge some outstanding service that I received from Stella Mbatha. I called in on Monday to register a claim for a lost phone and was assisted promptly. She was friendly and professional. She promised to get back to me with feedback once the claim was finalised. To my pleasant surprise I received a call back from her within two hours advising me claim had been approved and where I could go pick up my phone. It is this type of efficient, friendly and professional service that stamps Momentums authority. Thank you Momentum and Thank you Stella. You need to give Stella a promotion.
