Horrible Service from Momentum and Gorogang Riba

I called my current insurance last week, Momentum Insure to see if they can give me a better premium because they increased my premiums and I have been shopping around and got much better premiums. I dealt with a guy in the Rententions department Gorogang Riba, we spoke for a few minutes and he said he will see how he can help. The call cut he did not bother calling me back. I called again this past Saturday spoke to another guy he says that Gorogang Ribe done something to my policy where he cannot access it or do anything, he left a message for him to call me back, he promised he will call me back Monday or Tuesday which he did not do. I called again this afternoon spoke to another lady she informed me the same thing she cannot access the policy until he closes something, she went to his desk and he said he will call me back in 5 minutes which he has not. I am disgusted with the level of service from Momentum and Gorogang Riba with a no care attitude for customers. Can Gorogang Riba's manager please call me back, my policy number is MT***3.
