Horrible (non)service from Momentum Insure

Absolutely pathetic (lack of) service from Momentum. After being bounced around from pillar to post between Momentum Insure and its (so called) service providers, and provided with conflicting information whether the "service providers" are or are not able to do the work (and being spammed with multiple SMSes by the "service provider") everything went very quiet. Only after my phone call to the "service provider" (foggie doggie / Johannesburg Plumbing) to find out what is happening was I told that they will not do the work. No word from Momentum Insure. No-one bothered remotely to inform me about the behind-the-scenes deliberations.
