Horrible car insurance

<p>14/04/2016.i was involved in a car accident it was raining and had been raining since morning. My i lost control of the car it hit the barricades and turned. Two left side tyres busted the front bumper went loose. I called momentum their investigators came asked me what i was wearing i told him sneaker n my car has jus been serviced the same he told me all my tyres were ******* and unroad worthy i told him the tow guy replaced the back Tyre as he couldn't tow the car with the flat one. I went to where my car was towed to the following day to take pics, to my suprise the Tyre that was put there by the tow guys had markings showing it has been assessed as if i was drivin on it when i called Reymond he told me no the specialist has only gone there to check it they are waiting for results but he had told me the previous day that all my tyres wer ******* before he even saw the car just coz i told me i lost control of the car now my claim was declined /rejected based on the tyre i was not driving on and the other tyre at the back. If that wasnt enough i was just told rudely to go fetch my car when i got there they told i needed a release letter which no one told me about i had to go back without my car. So thats the kind of service i have been paying for all this time *** service nje .MT***2</p>
