Home drive carelessness

I booked home drive to OR Tambo on the 15th of December 2022 and again for the 5th of January 2023. I confirmed twice with the call centre if the car seats for my infant and 4year old was booked with the combi a requested. Both times the drivers pitched without the car seats for my children, putting my childrens life's in danger! This service is shocking!
