Helpful assistance with long insurance saga

I have been having an extended problem in getting my car repaired with a 7 month wait for spares and some additional complications. I spoke today with Bridget Leballo, Non-drivable motor advisor in Claims Operations at Momentum, who was wonderful. Helpful and cheerful and assisted me immediately with a prompt follow up via email. It is a relief to find some assistance with the issues around my vehicle. Even if the claim is not approved, I still appreciate the way I was assisted. Thank you Bridget
