HELL ON EARTH BY INSURANCE COMPANY

AFI has convinced me that they are the best Insurance Company and what not, but the service i received is APPALLING, i literally had to do their job for them, I had to call panel beaters and do follow ups regarding the progress of the vehicle. No feedback was given to me, instead I am the one who has to call them and find out stuff.<br> <br> This is RIDICULOUS, ridiculous because at a time where the people i pay every month (AFI) to alleviate the stress I come across, caused by vehicle problems, IRONICALLY they (AFI) are the ones that frustrate me even worse. i really don't understand then what exactly is the point of paying them every month if they are the ones that are gonna ***** me over like this. Lastly, the worst part was when they made some crazy calculation of my excess and telling me about some \VOLUNTARY EXCESS"that is included on top of the basic excess that we agreed upon. FINE"
