HEAVY PREMIUM INCREASES!!!
How is it that Momentum can just HEAVILY INCREASE my premium with R1800+ from one year to the next without me claiming, or being a high risk individual. And when I phoned and disputed this, I was told "thats how it is" ????
I have been a client since 2017 .. NEVER has this ever happened?????
om 01/10/2022 my premium started at R2113.86 for my current vehicle, then only 7months later it increased to R2466.97 on 31/05/2023. Now it increased to R4297.19. And the reason is basically just "That is how it is". When Ismael tried to motivate to the under writters they just shrugged him off.
