Happy with insurance claim settlement process

I submitted a claim for goods ****** from my property for which:<br> <br> 1. There was no proof of forced entry.<br> 2. And for which I did not have proof of ownership for all the items ******.<br> <br> Alexander Forbes handled my claim efficiently and settled the claim without putting me in any uncormfortable situation with regard to the above. I have heard of other claims being repudiated for the above reasons so wish to compliment Alexander Forbes.
