Happy to be a MI client!

We unfortunately had to submit a claim for a vehicle accident that turned into the writing off of my mother's vehicle. She was quite devastated as her car had sentimental value. This was our third claim with Momentum in the time that we have been insured with them. From the point where the claim was submitted with Gontse Moteane in the claims department up to where we had to deal with Elouise McBride from the service department for the updating of the policy, we experienced nothing but world-class service! I can confidently use words like empathetic, friendly and efficient, when thinking about our engagement with these ladies. On that same list of words, last but not least, is grateful. Grateful for the assurance that we have knowing we are insured with a great company who has never failed us when it comes to quick and efficient claims processing and great service.
