My daughter had a car accident....I spoke to Tshepo Moeketsi on the phone....she also assisted us in Afrikaans....she wasn't just interested in the claim, but was also concerned about my daughter. She handled the whole claiming process very professional but also with such kindness and kept me updated through the whole time. We are surely very happy customers.
