Had a claim which was submitted by my brokers in Nelspruit on my behalf to Momentum Insure for storm damage repudiated. I personally approached the Manager in the relevant department Ms Colette Swanepoel and she undertook to get the claim reviewed Ms Colette Swanepoel was very efficient, professional, courteous at all times, very transparent and obliging to assist. She negotiated on my behalf and obtained a settlement which my brokers failed to do ! Thus she excelled. Very happy with her excellent service and professionalism . Thank you.
