MT999624 Discussed with Joalane Kutoane that as old Pensioners we wanted to cancel our Policy. Joalane went to great lengths to advise us against this and recommended she would lower the premiums. She was very helpful and patient with us, thus decided with her recommendation we decided not to cancel but abide by the reduced amount.
