Great work is team work

I recently had a claim with momentum Insurance which was a smooth process from the insurer side but absolute havoc when it came to the assessing company and the repairer. My vehicle was not properly assessed and as a result of as with the repairer for the longest of time. My claim was escalated from consultant to Team Manager to Complaints Department who all kept me in the loop regarding the process and did all they could to be of assistance. The Service provided by Busisiwe Zulu, Tukedi Pitsi and Mandisa Mandisa Mdudo was world class and made the extremely stressful process much easier. Not only did this team take accountability as the insurer but took accountability for their service providers as well. My vehicle is still not properly fixed, but I would like to credit this great team from momentum who left no stone unturned to ensure that the process is much smoother and less of a hassle. Thank you Busisiwe,Tukedi and Mandisa. As someone who deals with customers as well, I commend you ladies for the great service you provided. You’ll truly are a great asset to the organization.
