I recently had some water damage to my property and household contents. My service provider is Momentum short term insurance. My claims advisor being Dorothy Makhele, my trauma of the inconvenience of this event was watered down by the excellent service provided by this Momentum employee, from the first call to the follow up and care was reason enough for me to have hope that South Africa does have good hearted individuals, people that make it personal in these turbulent times.
