Great Service while claiming - Mandisa Mdudo

<p>After a storm storm on 06 Dec i was annoyed at the fact of claiming for my DVD and TV. However, Mandisa Mdudo in claims has provide exceptional service from the very first call til authorisation of my claim. Sh has been helpful, understanding and unbelievably patient with all my calls and questions. This being my very first household contents claim made me very apprehensive. Although i have to say that if the rest of your claims staff provide the same type of ethic and service as Mandisa has given to me, Momentum will gain the loyalty of many many more clients.
