All thanks goes to Bongani Malomane my broker who has supported me from the first day when I call on the holiday and he assured me that everything will be okay. Secondly Basetsana Khalo who registered my claim in time and professionalism and she advised what will be required from me and finally Busisiwe Zulu who took over from Basetsana to finalized the claim and Busisiwe will even call me after hours to update on the status of the claim.
