Great Service : Mbavhalelo Netshisaulu
5 stars for the friendly service and stalking that Mbavhalelo Netshisaulu needed to do to get me on my phone for 6 minutes to talk through my claim. I had a VERY busy day and she was calling every 15 minutes to get me at a good time. Was clear, concise and super friendly - she made me feel better about the drama and the accident that my son was in on the motorcycle.
