thank you to Elouise McBride for assisting me with decreasing my premium. I was not pleased with the increased new premium for my vehicle and she did her best to reduce it. I'm very grateful for this as every cent helps in this economy. She also provided a good explanation on why the higher premiums had been set and offered me options on lowering my premium which was going the extra mile.
