Great service from Claims Advisor

<p>I recently had to submit a claim and was totally floored by the exceptional Claims Advisor, Cara Ryke. She kept me updated (as it their job) but they way in which she handled herself. Making numerous calls to get trades out to my house asap to minimse risk to my property. And a strong sense it wasnt about minimising the cost to them but truly, our safety and for us to be able to access our home again. Because we had to leave the night before, we had no power, wires were hanging everywhere so we only came back when the electrical company came back. It was truly caring about us, not the cost to them. Defintely seldom one experiences such a professional. Usually with insurance companies you are dealt with as if you are the enemy. i never sensed it with her. MANY can learn from her. I felt my needs trumped everything. Thank you Carla</p>
