Great Service for Elias Sono

<p>Logged a vehicle accident claim on Monday morning. Missed Elias's 1st call but he left the voice message to say he will contact me later. True to form i got a call later the afternoon and Elias finalized all the details. He arranged the roadside assistance to collect the car and take it to get it assessed at Dal's. Collection was to take place at 9am the following day. Tow truck showed up at 08:45am and at 09:05 i got a call from Momentum to find out if the car has been collected. The day after Elias gives me a call back to confirm that the claim has been approved and sent me all information i required. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now this is the 1st time in 18yrs of driving that i have had an accident and needed to claim from insurance. After all the horror stories i have been hearing of what people had to go through when putting claims in i am relieved and Elias has exceeded my expectations. A big thank you Elias.</p>
