Great service (Dipuo Boshoga)

On the 26th of January 2022, whilst on-route home, I hit a large pothole. My tyre was damaged. I called Momentum where I spoke to Dipuo Boshoga, who was willing to assist with the claim despite the fact that it was late in the date. She directed me to go to the nearest car dealership to request a quote for the replacement tyre. I sent the quote and photo at 16:45 and called Momentum to confirm receipt, where I was told Dipuo knocks off at 16:30. To my surprise, Dipuo responded to my email at 17:05 (outside her working hours), indicating that the claim has been approved. We need such dedicated people. Keep it up Dipuo, much appreciated
