What a fantastic experience being assisted by Nontobeko Zimu. She not only phoned me within minutes upon my email to customer service, she phoned me back on the agreed time later the afternoon to the minute. She was able to make the relevant changes to my policy that no one else could from 16 May. She was able to do so in 5 minutes. Despite my previous unimpressed attempt to make changes with Momentum, Nontobeko restored my faith in the company's administration. Thank you, so nice these days to have a customer experience like this, I wish she could be my personal liaison for all contact with Momentum. Hold on to this one.
