Great service care agent: Tejme Otto

I would like to thank Momentum Insure Customer Care service agent Tejme Otto for excellent service. I called Momentum Care to make sure that my 2 vehicles have their depreciated value reflected on my policy an that the change reflects as a lesser monthly insurance premium. Even though both vehicles had actually gone up in value, Tejme Otto at first secured me about a R100 lesser premium and then the next day contacted me, to advise me that she had brought my claims history to her supervisor's attention, and my premium was further reduced, saving me approximately R300 per month. It really is nice to have someone care about your cost of living enough to take the time and actually help you. I have, like most people considered taking my business elsewhere only to get a header premium, but Ms Otto has ensured that my business will stay with Momentum. Thank you
