I emailed my insurance claim to the claims email address the night before

I was called by a lady by the name of Koketso at 09:10 in the morning to process my claim and by the afternoon every had been sorted and my claim authorised

Koketso called me a couple of times during the day , giving me updates on my claim and getting quotes for the replacement of my camera
