Great Service

I had sent an email advising that I need to amend/update my policy. I received a call shortly thereafter from Sue Naidoo, but as I was unable to chat at the time, I requested that Sue send me an email which she promptly did, listing what she required from my side to action the amendment. The following day, received a call from Sue, and policy was updated. In my dealings with Sue, I found Sue to be friendly, efficient, professional and helpful.
