Called to cancel my policy and was nearly kept as a customer when Latoya, with her patience and willingness to try and beat my Discovery quote stayed on the phone and asked the questions she was obligated to. In the end due to security she couldn't match the quote, but definitely A for effort and willingness to give it her all to try without being forceful or unreasonable about anything.
