Great Service

We woke up to a leaking geyser and called Alexandre Forbes Insurance (AFI) Call Assist. Nompumelelo Tshoma responded to the call and advised they would dispatch a plumber in the next 60 minutes. The plumber didnt arrive on the stipulated time and sounded dishonest as he kept on giving different stories on his whereabouts and why he was running late. Poor Nompumelelo called me every hour to check if the plumber had arrived and to assure he was on the way. At one point the plumber claimed to be at my house but when Nompumelelo called me to check she found that wasnt true. She continued to follow up and chase the plumber until about 4 hours later the plumber arrived. <br> I'd like to command Nompumelelo for her professional service. She was patient, polite and very efficient. If only all call centre agents were like this. Keep up the great work Nompumelelo. Your great attitude will allow you to reach great altitudes.
