Glad to say my complaint has been dealt with efficiently by Tania DeLaRey. I must say the minute she took over my case, she was great with keeping me in the loop every step of the way. <br> My claim has now been settled.<br> Tania deserves a Bells!! will definitely deal directly with her in future.
