Great experience to very dissapointing experience

<p>This is actually a mixed review. Nevash Packiri is amazing. Dealing with him was a breeze and he set my mind at ease with everything. The process to have the car repaired was amazing and dealing with the dealership was beyond expectations. Where this has gone sour is with the processing of my claim from the other party's insurance to recover my excess paid. Hlengiwe Radebe doesn not always respond and she is rude. She doesnt read her emails and gives me the same response everytime. One such was that it will take 6 weeks to find the other insurance party as well as the details. I found it in 2 days, sent it to her twice and still she tells me the investigators are looking. I will have to move my policy away from Momentum once this is done because this side of the process completely soured my experience with Momentum. I have started moving all my products from them as a result. It really is dissapointing because they have a great concept going.</p>
