<div>Tokologo Nkoele called me and when I expressed (in a rather irritated tone) that I could not speak at that moment, she calmly and kindly put me at ease and reassured me she would call me back at a more convenient time. Then that is exactly what she did. Whatever she said on the phone - she did. I appreciate that. Then when I battled to find quotes, she got from her side. Even though my broken watch may have been dumb to some, I told Tokologo how lost I was without one and she helped me effectively to settle the claim in a matter of days (less than a week). She repeatedly told me important things like my excess amount on my watch and that my rewarder thing would be affected so that I could make an informed decision. Im so grateful to her for the help.
