great customer experience
DAMN!!! what a way to start SPRING, Momentum is a damn flipping good insurance.... I had a chat to Ipeleng a wonderful lady took me through the process of generating the quote & the efficiency is on another level.....
However we had a slight hint due to system, but Ips being Ips she managed to get it sorted & transfers me to Marko whom was another killer when it comes to helping out with the system issue and managed to take exceptional customer service to another level from Ips...
Momentum you have one hell of great people that understands what customer service is..... Big ups to Ips & Marko
Gosh I am that I am changing my INSURER and going back home
