Great and quick service in processing my claim and highly responsive contact centre. Most l notably the agent I contacted to review my insurance premium, Eloise, really took her time trying to get me a lower premium. She was patient in going through the pros and cons of changing to another cheaper insurer. She followed up a day after my initial contact and though she was not successful in matching the quote I’d received from another insurer, both the conversations I had with her were very pleasant interactions. I appreciated her sincerity and effort.
